Automatic tubular fire extinguisher for automobiles

Description:

Some vehicles spontaneously combust when no one is around. Since vehicles are among our assets, and to protect our assets as much as possible, we developed this automatic pipe-type fire suppression system. Once the fire temperature reaches a certain level, the pipes automatically begin spraying extinguishing agent, extinguishing the fire within seconds.

Since its launch, this product has been well-received by numerous customers. We have received many inquiries from various platforms, and after sending out numerous samples, customers have provided excellent feedback after testing. Some customers have then expressed interest in becoming our distributors. The future of this product is very bright.

How it works?

The safety tube automatic fire extinguishing system uses a special polyamide tube with an outer diameter of 18mm. Depending on the required length, it uses compressed gas extinguishing agents such as FM200 (HFC-227ea) or FE-36 (HFC-236fa), also known as heptafluoropropane or hexafluoropropane.

When the temperature reaches 100℃/120℃, the softened tube bursts through a round hole, releasing the extinguishing agent and extinguishing the fire in a very short time.

Applications:
Pipe-type automatic fire suppression systems are used to protect enclosed spaces, including but not limited to:

1) Engine compartments of boats and yachts;

2) Engine compartments of all road vehicles and off-road vehicles: automobiles, vans, buses, minibuses, trucks, rally cars, mining machinery, or construction machinery, etc.
